The mounting problems caused in relation to the Bills of Lading (B/L) in global trade have been a matter of concern. Many importers, exporters, freight forwarders, shipping agents, carriers, other transporters etc, have lost millions of dollars because of innumerable pitfalls and the fraudulent practices that exist when dealing with B/Ls. Various conventions and methods were attempted to tackle these issues; however few have been successful, due to the rapid growth of the modern shipping environment.
How We Solved It
Undertook multiple workshops to understand the supply chain and logistics industry workflow.
Had deep discussions with industry experts to understand the industry's mindset better.
Designed the logo, a prototype, UI and the UX for the website and the web application.
The User application built on blockchain has DLT features using hyperledger fabric tech stack.
The Outcome

Our first step into this paperless world is re-shaping the global logistics industry which has been very slow in adapting digital transformation for its paper-based documents – one of the core issues being the transfer of transport documents such as the Bills of Lading. Scripless Smart B/L enables the seamless flow of creation, exchange and validation of authenticity of Bills of Lading documents.
FInally a seamless and secure experience for the customer is built with Scripless Smart BL so they can experience a transparent, trusted, secured and traceable network.
